Simi Transfer Sheets are an edible transfer sheet that is primarily used with hot mediums, such as isomalt, pulled sugar, hard candy, meringue, gelatin and chocolate. These transfer sheets can be printed on. The hot medium is then poured onto the printed sheets. Once cool or set, the printed image will be imprinted onto the medium. Note that these sheets do not contain cocoa butter.
